First Dance Demo 2 - Romantic

Below is another first dance pattern that we've created for you. Feel free to learn this for your first dance or use it as an inspiration. We've also included the written pattern below. If you have more time to prepare and would like to spice up your first dance even more, check out our first dance demo 3. Enjoy!

Intro (4 Sets of 8)

  • Walk out for 8 counts and face each other

  • Get into Hammerlock position and walk in a circle

  • Lazo your partner around to dance position

  • Basic

Dance Pattern 1

  • Basic (drop hand on count 8)

  • Follower's Right Turn

  • Forward Basic

  • Rotating Basic

Dance Pattern 2

  • Basic (drop hand on count 8)

  • Follower's Double Turn

  • Half Basic to Duo Turn

  • Half Basic (two-hand hold) into Cradle

Repeat Dance Pattern 1

Repeat Dance Pattern 2 (Replace the cradle with Left Turn and Dip)
