Cradle, Nod and Booty Bumps

A fun little sequence with lots of personality!

Avoid yanking the follower’s arm to turn them into the cradle position.
Followers can try looking at the leader while spinning into the cradle. We call this ‘spotting’ and it helps with balance.
In the cradle both partners should stand up tall and keep their shoulders back.
Instead of the nod, you can kiss or sway or do what ever works best with your song and your style.
