Lesson 9: Smooth Swing Inside Turn

Another fun turn for the follower. Once you’ve mastered this move, try combining the outside turn and inside turn!

Helpful tips

• Be sure to give your partner enough space to turn. It should feel like you're passing by each other in a small hallway.

• Keep a loose grip so that your hands can turn around each other. A tight grip can be painful and limits rotation.
