The circular dip is a romantic move and an iconic move seen in movie,“Dirty Dancing.” Use this move to spice up your first dance and impress your guests!

Helpful tips

• Leader, make sure to keep your upper body straight, shoulders rolled back and keep your weight on both feet.

• Follower, stay close to your partner and relax into the dip.

• Leader, make sure to bring your partner up at the end of the dip.
